In the Cloud ＆ AI Specialists team, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible specialist sellers with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end AI transformation at scale through high-impact, value-driven customer engagements—helping organizations achieve meaningful business outcomes and unlock the full potential of AI-powered productivity.
As a Cloud & AI Digital Solution Area Specialist Acquisition, you will take the lead in transforming how organizations adopt and scale AI-driven productivity by proposing a broad range of Azure solutions. You will work closely with customers to build strategic plans and collaborate across various departments within their organizations to successfully drive and embed AI transformation.
You will lead consultative customer engagements and collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to plan, orchestrate, and execute end-to-end Cloud & AI (Azure) solution opportunities, driving cross-sell and up-sell motions. This role offers a valuable opportunity to accelerate your career growth by sharpening your solution sales and collaboration skills, while deepening your end-to-end expertise in Azure technologies.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.
Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Collaborate with team members to understand customer needs and assist in driving CLoud&AI proposals. Support deal progression and help build strong customer relationships.Customer Engagement:
Work alongside senior colleagues to identify key business contacts and understand customer priorities. Help communicate the value of Cloud&AI solutions and contribute to discovering new opportunities.Internal and Partner Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support proposal activities and share relevant information. Assist in identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.Learning and Applying Technical Knowledge:
Develop foundational knowledge of Cloud& AI solutions and apply it in customer conversations and proposal materials. Learn about use cases and competitor insights with guidance from senior team members.Sales Planning and Execution Support:
Help organize customer data and support planning activities across assigned territories. Assist in preparing for solution deployment and follow-up actions to ensure customer success.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
- OR a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with some hands-on experience in customer-facing roles
- OR a Master's degree (e.g., MBA or in a technical field) with 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to consultative or value-based selling approaches, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in this area
- High motivation to learn about new technologies and business areas, with a proactive and adaptable mindset toward change
- Language fluency in Japanese
