This position is based in the Meta Japan Tokyo office and you will support both the Japan and Korea markets, as a member of Creative Shop APAC, you will also collaborate with other markets through cross border collaborations.Creative Strategist, Japan and Korea Responsibilities

• Build Instagram creative campaigns and scaled solutions that inspire, influence and drive client action as Japan and Korea as Instagram-led market
• Build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency - that positions Meta for success with large scale companies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design marketing strategies that work together with human and AI and execute high-profile campaigns that showcase the power of Reels, Creators, and Performance to drive full-funnel campaign through brand awareness and conversion
• Analyze data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimize campaign performance, with a focus on creator marketing, short-form video, and catalog-driven commerce
• Continuously work to invent new ways to harness creativity for business growth whilst driving value for people and communities
• Learn quickly decode and deploy emerging experiences at the speed of Meta technology
• Work hands-on to bring ideas to life, manage projects, this is a position for builders

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years in Creative experience in brand and performance marketing/advertising: gained from working at creative agencies, in-house creative teams, or non-traditional content creators
• We are looking for someone creative and business focused with experience in creator marketing and vertical short form video across multiple categories (from eCommerce, to CPG and App & Gaming)
• Experience in creative ideas for paid social media: portfolio of social media campaigns required
• Strategic storytelling and communications skills
• Hands-on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videos
• Interest and experience working with AI tools and new technologies
• Fluent Japanese and business level English

Preferred Qualifications

• Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data dashboards
• Understanding of measurement and willingness to learn new tools
• Korean language (nice to have but not required)
