How you’ll make an impact
- Lead or support consumer/market research studies for various Match Group brands, with a primary focus on Pairs.
- Design, structure, and manage both quantitative and qualitative research projects end-to-end.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to turn key business questions into effective research designs that inform decision-making.
- Define research objectives, execute studies, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to both short-term and long-term strategic planning across the portfolio from the consumer research perspective.
- Work closely with Consumer Research team members across Singapore, Korea, the US, and Europe as part of our global research community.
- Depending on business needs, you may also lead or support global projects beyond Japan.

- リサーチの目的設定から実査、実行可能な示唆・レコメンデーションの導出までを一貫して遂行していただきます。
- 消費者調査の視点から、全ブランド横断での短期・中長期の戦略立案に貢献していただきます。
- Global Consumer Researchチームの一員として、シンガポール・韓国・アメリカ・ヨーロッパを拠点とするメンバーと連携しながら業務を進めていただきます。
- 日本国内に限らず、ブランドのニーズに応じて海外市場での調査にも携わっていただきます。
Details you’ll be expected to work on

We Could Be a Match If You
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in consumer/market research, including leading quantitative studies. Global research experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills and are capable of managing projects from start to finish.
- Possess strong communication and report-writing abilities.
- Are a collaborative team player who can effectively work with colleagues across different countries and cultures.
- Have experience working with diverse stakeholders and navigating complex, matrixed environments such as multinational organizations.
- Thrive in fast-paced, hands-on, and lean environments. You're comfortable getting into the details and owning every stage of the research process.
- Bring strong analytical capabilities, with experience in statistical analysis and proficiency in tools like SPSS.
- Are a native Japanese speaker with fluent English skills.
- 消費者調査・市場調査の実務経験が5年以上あり、特に定量調査のリード経験がある方（グローバル調査の経験があれば尚可）
- プロジェクトの立ち上げから完了まで、一貫して遂行できるプロジェクトマネジメント力をお持ちの方
- 優れたコミュニケーション力およびレポート作成スキルをお持ちの方
- 多様な国・文化のメンバーと連携しながら働ける、チーム志向の方
