NN Life Japan was first established in 1986. We specialize in providing life insurance solutions for small and medium size business and their families. We have been steadily modernizing our technology systems and the way we work over the past few years so that we can serve our customers better.
Continuing that journey in 2025 we are starting a multi-year program to transform our business and introduce new future ready systems. Modern systems are required to meet future service level requirements, reduce expenses, and increase scale. They will enable better customer and agent interactions and experiences and future proof our business.
We would like to hire a Transformation Program Office manager to help us successfully deliver this important strategic program.
【Position Summary/ 役職概要】
The Transformation Program Office manager will work closely with the Program Director and other senior management to do what it takes to manage the successful delivery of the program.
The program Office will be responsible for leading PMO functions for the program such as building and validating the business case and benefits, tracking and reporting, supporting RFP vendor selection, contracts and commercials. They will lead strategic workforce planning and support hiring and onboarding for the program.
The Program Office will be responsible for leading change management. They will coordinate with senior management and change agents to communicate the program ambition and inspire internal stakeholders. They will help prepare the organization for new ways of working. They will help bridge language, cultural and technology gaps.
【Key Accountabilities/ 主な責務】
- Manage the Transformation program office functions.
- Works closely with Luna Program Director to track and report program
- Builds and validates business case and benefits
- Supports the RFP and vendor section, contracts and commercials.
- Workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding
- Lead program change management, internal and external communications
- HR management responsibly for program office members

- Strong business or financial management accruement and experience.
- Ability to critically evaluate services, contracts and expenses with a detailed, accurate and reliable way
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making and strategic project thinking
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization

- Team management and development experience
- Project / PMO management experience
- Business level Japanese and English
