About your team
Our team creates Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for all business channels including Institutional (Defined Benefit, Financial Institution Group, Defined Contribution and OAM) and Wholesale as well as consultants to help FIJ’s business development and relationship management with existing clients.
About your role
As RFP senior manager, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting various kind of RFP/RFI/DDQs for all business channels, as well as for contributing internal team tasks including data management, RFP database maintenance and so on. This will involve communication with other internal teams including investment, product specialist, product development, compliance and so on, and with overseas offices, and you will need to approach to your work with a sense of responsibility and proactiveness.
About you
The candidate should have following:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in RFP processes within asset management companies
- Proven experience in independently completing high-level RFPs for public pensions and/or central financial institutions, or the potential ability to do so
- Ability and passion to produce best-in class RFPs that are accurate and easy to understand for best client experience
- Breadth of knowledge in Investment Management (CMA or CFA holders, or person who has client facing experience in asset management companies will be highly favoured)
- Interpersonal and communication skills in Japanese (Native level)/English (Business level), both written and oral.
