Your Key Responsibilities:
- Project leadership and execution focused on the design and development of advanced robotic systems for aerospace production systems.
- Promote and maintain meaningful stakeholder relationships both internal to the Boeing enterprise and external with our Japanese partners.
- Contribute to the development of novel robotic methods, processes, intellectual property, training, and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes and automation, robotics, computer vision, simulation, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and collaborative working abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Technical leadership experience.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in hardware/software integration and robotics development/testing.
- Japanese language proficiency is a significant plus.
Location:
Nagoya, Japan
The selected candidate will be required to work on-site (with some flex) at Boeing Japan’s Nagoya office.
