RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with Asia Service Administration in Manila for service transactions processing, and customer support activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of requests for processing of transactions across ERP and CRM systems.
- Work closely with Sales, Field Service Engineers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery where applicable
- Maintain audit-readiness and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of service operations or support functions
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal strengths
- Good command of English and Japanese (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ownership mentality
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
- Occasional travel across Japan and Asia as needed (approx. 10–20%).
