WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for passionate, experienced Software Engineer who share our vision of the possibilities of mobility. You will lead the creation of a large scale platform that will create an ecosystem with many colleagues. RESPONSIBILITIES・To design, develop, and scale AI agents for mobility service backends using generative AI and conversational AI・Analyze and manage requirements and resolve conflicts・Perform software document, code and test reports reviews・Build and promote a process continuously to improve documents and codes・Be collaborative, inclusive and respectful to each team member
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS・5+ years work experience of development AI research / service projects・High motivation for catching up with cutting edge technologies・Business-level English skills, conversational Japanese or above and work experience at a Japanese company
NICE TO HAVES・Experience in Business/System development related to mobility services・Both agile and waterfall development experiences・Experience in processes ranging from high level architecture definition to operations ・Extensive expertise in Gen-AI and conversational AI・Outstanding performance in data science competitions such as Kaggle・Strong experience of machine learning and the framework (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)・In addition, it is desirable to have specialized knowledge, experience, or achievements in various data / numerical calculation and analysis methods as shown in the examples below. ・Mathematical optimization ・High-dimensional data / big data processing ・Natural language processing
