Kroll⽇本⽀社のお客様は国内外の上場企業、⾦融機関、投資ファンド、政府系機関などです。M&A関連や有事対応という仕事柄、経営企画部⾨や投資部⾨、リスク管理部⾨との接点が多くあります。HUMINTの⼒で⽇系企業をリスクから守ることが⽇本⽀社のパーパスです。
【業務内容】
当社の強みである公開されていない情報を取得して分析する各種プロジェクトについて、Vice President以上のサポートを受けながらケースマネージャーとして仮説策定、情報収集と分析、成果物の執筆、⼈のマネジメント、予算管理、顧客報告などのケースマネジメント業務全般を担います。少⼈数のファームなので、⼤きな裁量があります。インテリジェンス機能が強みなので、論理的思考⼒や課題解決⼒に強みがある⽅の実⼒が発揮しやすい仕事です。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a case manager with support from Vice President(and above), you will be responsible for all case management tasks, such as formulating hypotheses, collecting and analyzing information, writing deliverables, managing people, managing budgets, and reporting to customers
- Engaging with the client throughout all aspects of the business intelligence and investigatory, and risk management projects
- Developing the methodology and defining the scope of work, demonstrating an understanding of the client’s needs
- Directing and managing in-house and external resources, drawing on your own resourcefulness and creativity
- Analysis and assessment of information received from all sources for the project
- Reporting in person to the client, providing follow up where necessary
- Ensuring the integrity of the project from start to finish
- Identifying and targeting client groups and developing a convincing and credible pitch to develop Kroll’s client base across the region
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a deep understanding of Japanese political, economic, security and business issues and fluency in Japanese
- Minimum 6 years’ experience, which could be in a number of disciplines - government, business journalism, finance, law, strategy consulting, risk management consulting, corporate communications and NGO work are all relevant
- An imaginative and creative thinker with excellent communication skills
- A team player able to work to tight deadlines often balancing a significant and varied caseload
- Able to demonstrate excellent judgment, be commercially focused and be driven by professional excellence and a commitment to the Kroll brand
- The position may require a significant travel commitment across the region. A strong commitment to the highest professional standards and business ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Experience working with diverse teams
