■職務内容 / Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities) インハウスのIT部門としてPlayStation事業に関わるソリューション提供、システム導入を中長期的な視点で成長戦略の策定から実行までご担当いただきます。
主な担当職務は以下の通りです。
・人事部門を⽀援する為の業務調査・ソリューション提案。
・人事部門の⼤きなプロジェクトに対するIT側のサポートとして参画⽀援。
・既存の人事関連システムにおける保守運⽤業務において、人事部門と仕様変更リクエストの優先順位付け・要件定義・進捗管理・納期調整。
・外部・内部のパートナと協業しながら、プロジェクトの構想策定と推進、保守運⽤業務を管理。
・Globalのステークホルダと連携し、ビジネスアプリのポートフォリオに基づいたレガシーからの移⾏計画策定。
・担当するBizアプリのライセンス契約の交渉・管理。 ■組織・職場紹介 / About team and organization PlayStationビジネスにおける各種課題に対して主にITの側面からソリューション提供を行う組織です。

・Workday/ServiceNow(HRSDモジュール)の経験
・海外勤務もしくは海外メンバーとの協働経験
・AI領域に関わる知識を持ちシステムに携わる業務経験 ■求める人物像 / Personality ・積極的に円滑なコミュニケーションができ、⾃主的に考え課題解決に向けて周りを巻き込み動ける方 ・課題整理・改善提案ができる方 ■語学力 / Language Skills 【英語】
・読み書き以上の英語力
【日本語】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
