Purpose of Position
Training Solutions Manager will be accountable for building and maintaining long-term value-based partnerships, delivering profitable sales and revenue growth across BSI Japan's training solution sever vices. Training Solutions Manager is the “strategic coordinator” of the account and the Strategic Point of Contact for the Accounts they lead. The primary purpose of this role is to achieve the training solution proposal, sales, and revenue at the level that BSI Japan expects.
Training Solutions Managerは、長期的な価値に基づくパートナーシップを構築・維持し、BSIジャパンの研修ソリューションサービスにおいて収益性の高い受注と売上を実現する責任を持っています。Training Solutions Managerは、顧客の「戦略的コーディネーター」であり、担当する顧客の戦略的窓口となります。この役割の主な目的は、BSIジャパンが期待するレベルの、トレーニングソリューションを提案し、受注し、売上を実現することです。
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- 顧客の目的及び戦略的方向性に関連する課題を見つけ、その課題を解決するためのソリューションを考案し、顧客への提案を行う
- BSIジャパンが提供する研修ソリューションサービスを顧客に提案し、受注することで、教育事業部の年度の受注及び売上予算の達成に貢献する
- 上記のソリューションを提案するために、営業（トレーニングアドバイザーを含む）、教育事業部メンバー、講師、審査員、外部コンサルタント、BSIグループの各国の担当者とコミュニケーションを取る
Key Performance Indicators
- 教育事業部の研修サービスの年間受注・売上予算の達成
- 教育事業部のETS（Enterprise Training Solution=企業向けトレーニングのご提案）研修の年間受注・売上予算の達成
- 顧客の研修サービスに対しての満足度
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- 大学卒業又は同等の学歴
- 英語によるコミュニケーション能力（英語での会議におけるコミュニケーション、英語でのメールのやり取り等）
- TOEIC 800点以上
- 論理的、戦略的、戦術的な思考と行動力を持ち、顧客に対して、顧客のニーズに合ったソリューションを提案できる能力
- 顧客との有意義で建設的なミーティングやプレゼンテーションを論理的に行い、ビジネス上の課題を解決し、顧客のニーズを理解し、合意した結論と商業的成果を達成することができること
- 複数の意思決定者や影響者が関与する大規模で複雑な案件を管理できること
- 顧客データを用いてリスク、機会、傾向を分析、解釈、特定し、顧客の成長をサポートするための実行可能なステップを提案できること
- 明確かつ簡潔なコミュニケーションスタイルを持ち、上級のステークホルダーと話すことができること
- ISOマネジメントシステムに関する提案営業またはコンサルティングの経験があれば尚可
- ISOマネジメントシステムの認証及び研修についての知識及び経験があれば尚可
- 異なる文化や多くのタイムゾーンを越えて国際的に仕事をした経験があれば尚可
