Team Profile

The Client Relationship Management (CRM) team is positioned within the distribution (sales and marketing) division and has a global presence with individuals based in multiple locations across the US, EMEA and Asia, including Tokyo.  The CRM team collaborates with clients and internal partners to anticipate client needs, solve challenges, and unlock the firm’s full capabilities to help them achieve their investment goals.  We partner closely with colleagues across the organisation to achieve this and provide governance and oversight for the implementation of all client requirements and related controls, including the onboarding of new accounts.   


Role Overview:

The role will have a primary focus on supporting the Japanese client base alongside sales and managing the coordination and facilitation of onboarding new client accounts.  The successful candidate will need to manage the requirements of these client relationships and work with colleagues across multiple functions to meet client requirements in a timely and efficient manner.  The individual will need to collaborate with colleagues within Firm management, Sales and the Investment Team to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed on the status of client matters.  The individual will also be responsible for ensuring that administrative matters are adhered to with stringent control and diligence.
