Alloy事業部は合計3社のパートナー対応をしております。追加のAlloyパートナー様の対応もする予定もあります。
職務内容は、Solution Engineerとして、Alloyパートナー様のアカウントマネージメント、Alloy契約締結の支援、Alloy契約後のAlloyサービスの導入支援が業務となります。また、DRCC (OCI Dedicated Region)の技術支援も担当します。
具体的には契約前のプリセールスの技術支援、契約後は、サービス開始に向けた、Data Center (Region) Buildや、サービスのQA対応、オペレーション設計などを、US本社のエンジニア、日本在住のOCI直轄のエンジニアとともに進めていく活動となります。
また、サービスを開始しておりますパートナー様向けには、AlloyのアカウントマネージメントおよびAlloy New Workload獲得のプリセールスを担当の営業とともに推進する活動となります
＜Roles & Responsibility/ 個人に期待する役割やミッション＞
Alloyプロジェクトは、全社的な大きなプロジェクトとなり、活動は多岐に渡ります。アカウントマネージメント・通常プリセールス活動、DC Build、Alloyパートナー様への特別仕様（カスタマイズ）定義と実装、サポート＆オペレーションの設計・実装などが主な活動となります。一方、全体をカバーするには、Sales, プリセールスを含めたAlloyチーム内で連携を密に、カバーし合いながら進めていく必要があります。通常のプリセールス業務はもちろんですが、新しい分野に対しても柔軟に対応していくことが求められます。新たな挑戦を望む方には非常に向いているポジションとなります。
また、US本社とも連携していくことが求められますので、ある程度の語学力も必要となっています。

1. IT製品のプリセールス経験があること
2. エンタープライズのお客様へのアカウント・マネージメントの経験があること
3. パブリッククラウドの構築・導入経験があること
4. プレゼンテーションスキル、担当領域の質疑応答ができること
＜Want/歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など＞
1. Oracleデータベースの提案あるいは、設計・構築の経験
2. AWS、Azure、GCP 等のパブリッククラウドの構築・導入の経験
3. H/W・ネットワークに関するエンジニア経験
4. データセンター業務の経験
＜Language/語学力＞
英文のマニュアルを読み製品機能を理解できる程度の語学力があることが望ましい。
