【組織概要】

コンピュート営業部は、Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) の主軸製品であるサーバ製品および関連ソリューションの販売促進を担う、組織内で重要な役割を果たす部門です。このポジションでは、顧客のビジネスニーズを深く理解し、それに基づいた最適なサーバソリューションを提案することで、年間の売上目標の達成を目指します。また、インダストリーごとの特性や課題に対応したサーバソリューションを提供することで、顧客のITインフラの価値を最大化する重要な役割を担います。

【職務内容】

1. 営業活動:

o HPEのサーバ製品および関連ソリューションの販売促進と営業活動を実施。

o インダストリーごとの特性や課題を分析し、それに適した製品を提案。

o 年間の売上目標を達成するための営業戦略を策定し、実行。

o 新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客との関係維持・強化。

2. ソリューション提案:

o 顧客のビジネスニーズやITインフラ課題を理解し、HPEの最新テクノロジーを活用したカスタマイズソリューションを提案。

o インダストリーに特化した高度な技術的知識を活用し、顧客の課題解決を支援。

o 必要に応じて技術部門やUS本社の製品チームと連携し、専門的なサポートを提供。

3. グローバル連携:

o 国内の営業活動に加え、US本社のサーバ製品部門や技術部門と密に連携を図る。

o HPEが誇る最新のテクノロジーを活用し、顧客に最適なソリューションを提供。

o グローバルチームとの協力により、競争力のある製品提案を実現。

4. 市場分析と競合調査:

o サーバ市場のトレンドや競合他社の動向を分析し、営業活動に反映。

o インダストリーごとの市場ニーズを把握し、HPE製品の競争力を強化。

o 営業部門内での知識共有や改善提案を行い、組織全体の成長に寄与。

5. 顧客対応:

o 契約交渉や見積もり作成を含む商談を円滑に進める。

o 定期的な訪問やコミュニケーションを通じて、顧客との信頼関係を構築。

o 導入後のフォローアップを行い、顧客満足度を向上させる。

【必須スキル・経験】

· 5年以上の法人IT営業経験（メーカー、Sire等問わず）

· 自らゴールとプラン設定ができ、積極的に行動するリーダーシップがある方

· 自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性のある方

· フットワーク軽く、スピード感をもって活動ができる方

· 顧客や社内他部門に対する提案等のコミュニケーション能力がある方

· IT全般の知識 （あれば、尚可）

· サーバ機器の販売経験

· 英語力
