Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience serving in the capacity of a sales engineer or technical consultant in a cloud computing environment or in a customer-facing role.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders with the ability to communicate fluently in Japanese.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience with on-premise and cloud based mail delivery, routing, and filtering technologies.
- Experience in mobile device management and relevant third-party integrations.
- Experience with cloud security, including identity and access management (IAM), SSO, OAuth, and two-step verification.
- Experience with data loss prevention and e-discovery technologies for email, and with developing enterprise digital transformation and modernization strategies.
- Experience with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS terminology.

Responsibilities
- Work with the team to identify, discover, and qualify new and potential business opportunities across the region. Imagine the clients’ future business through discovery and requirement gathering workshops.
- Identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers. Share Google Workspace expertise to support the technical relationship with Google’s customers.
- Create and deliver product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, demos and industry solutions. Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
- Recommend digital transformation solutions and best practices customized for each of our customers.
