POSITION SUMMARY
The position assists the Manager in executing meetings and events and driving the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. It works to meet customer needs at meetings and events and assists in growing event revenues. The position handles issues and conflicts that may arise during meetings or events. The position conducts daily walk-throughs of the banquet floor to drive client satisfaction and maintain quality standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
