Job Description
Supply Manager is an essential role within Supply Chain Business Partner Department, in our transformation journey of becoming the Best Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare Company (FMCH) in and for the world.
We are looking for a Supply Manager, who can lead SSP’s supply planning focusing on external manufacturing products and its inventory management collaborating with another supply planner and demand planners under the supervision of CHC IBP Lead. The candidate is expected to closely interact with a wide range of stakeholders (at affiliate level with Marketing, Sales, Finance Team but also at Global/ Regional level with Supply Chain counterpart and Industrial sites & External Manufacturers) and then obtain necessary information and consensus under monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and its timeline.
■ Your specific work will be as follows.
① Issue Purchase Order (PO) of products to CMO, adjustment of delivery date, and submit purchase plan
・Issue POs to CMOs and create and submit a purchase plan. If a packaging revision is required, the information is reflected in the PO, and the latest information related to product supply (i.e., deviations in the CMO, packaging material and raw material change or sudden demand increase/decrease) is captured, the delivery date is adjusted, the delivery date is determined, and the relevant parties are notified.
・Quickly share supply issues with internal stakeholders and involve them to resolve issues
② Management of SSP's purchasing material (free of charge) to CMOs
・ Manage the inventory of SSP's purchasing materials to CMOs. (There are a few tasks)
③Collaboration with internal stakeholders
・Share the production and delivery schedule and inventory status of CMOs with internal stakeholders, and optimize the process if it is necessary.
・Provides information to the purchasing function that affects the purchase unit price, and supports the purchasing functioin when there is a price change.
④Supply Performance Management of CMO
・Monitoring KPIs (CSL, OTIF, etc.) and if delivery delays in result, have the CMO create measures to prevent recurrence.
⑤ Supply risk management
・Based on a good relationship with CMO contact, appropriately grasps procurement risk of raw materials used in products and risk of CMO production capacity reduction, and proposes a new inventory strategies and alternative suppliers if necessary.
・ Support SCBP to set up the inventory strategy of the final product with SCBP.
⑥Product portfolio management and master management
・Manage the CMO product portfolio with an administration list, reflect it in the list for new product launches and final orders to CMO (if sold out), and share the list with related people.
・Manage the master (materials, order units, lead time, etc.) required for ordering to CMO.
⑦Representative from supply function in new product launches, manufacturing transfers, and other change project for CMO products
・ In the project, you are responsible for supply, by giving advice to the project for stable supply, and share the action plan in project with SCBP and execute the agreement.
・In some cases, you may be the leader of the entire project.
⑧ Facilitator of routine activities such as BRM and CMO Scorecard (may be QA routine task support)
・Promote regular activities such as BRM held once a year with CMO, CMO scorecard in which CMO performance is evaluated and summarized one a year
・You would be asked to support periodic work related to QA tasks.

・A person who can take countermeasures against supply risk in considering end-to-end supply chain optimization
who can set job prioritize even while being busy
・A person who knows what to do to maintain cooperation with internal and external parties, and who can obtain appropriate cooperation
・A person who can briefly explain the results of analysis using numbers
・A person is willing to respond to various requests (welcome the challenges) and able to adapt to a dynamic environment
Expected qualifications, skill and experiences
【Mandatory】
・Experience in Supply Chain of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food products for more than three years
・Strong knowledge of supply chain management such as supply planning and inventory optimization, demand planning and order management, experience in management of sub-contractor and supply chain risk management, high level of commercial awareness
・Ordering operations using SAP and inventory simulation using Excel are possible
・Experience in manufacturing technology transfer or preparation for new product launch
・TOEIC 700 or more, e-mail exchange and presentation materials can be created in English
