In joining RWS’s Finance team you will be a critical part of supporting a listed world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content, and intellectual property services. Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Timely Prepare forecast update for both KK and HU entities
- Prepare monthly flash report with top 20 customers
- Send forecast report on WD10 to the group
- Send accrual to finance team based on the expense report
- Analysis revenue movement compare with budget.
- Review Manac report
- Join weekly or monthly management meeting, record and follow up the topic which under Finance BP’s responsibility.
- Prepare annual budget for the new fiscal year, collect planning data from each department.
- QBR forecast report update for Q1&Q2.
- Validate HR tax payment accuracy for four eye principle.
- Support administration tasks:
- Managed leasing PC.
- IT trouble shooting (urgent case)
- Send season's greeting card to clients/freelance translators
- Handle inquiries from employees about office facility
- Coordinate office with IT vender to handle IT relevant tasks or issues.
Skills & Experience
3 years FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with a track record of managing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related discipline
- Strong English language skills
Expert knowledge in business analysis, analysing large data sets and information management
- Experience in data modelling, and simplifying complex data into compelling, clear, and actionable insights using Excel and reporting tools
Advanced MS Excel skills with a proven aptitude to interpret customer and financial data
Good knowledge of core finance systems, ERP and related specialty functional systems, frameworks
Strong understanding of finance business processes, accounting policies, and statutory accounting principles to ensure compliant FBP activities
Experience performing and/or leading teams performing FBP tasks/procedures at a moderately difficult to considerably difficult level
- Strong digital literacy with financial analysis and modelling skills
Commercial mind-set with an ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with a proactive approach, accustomed to working towards tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality of work
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to lead by example, hold teams, customers, and partners to account Beneficial to have
- Conversant in other languages beside English
- Experience working with Business & Financial Planning systems
- Experience working with MS Dynamics Great Plains
