In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Management of Incoming Inspection Process and Personnel
- Standardization, implementation, and management of incoming inspection processes
- Proposal and implementation of continuous process improvements
- Work process management of inspection personnel
- Quality control coordination with suppliers, including corrective instructions when vital
Incoming Product Inspection Tasks
- General inspection tasks with measuring instrument

For This Role, You Will Need:
- High school graduate or higher (preferably from a mechanical-related program)
- Experience in inspection using measuring instruments
- Strong personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of machining and materials
- Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings
- Effective spoken and written communication skills in Japanese
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

- Technical background in mechanical industry
