Summary:

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for supervising in-process and final testing for raw materials, intermediate materials and final products
• Execute Customer Love initiatives (Quality Forward Look, Product training for employees
• Responsible for supervising maintenance, calibration, and analysis (gauge R&R) for laboratory instruments
• Participate in and support all aspects of the site’s EHS, 5S, and Continuous Improvement programs, processes, and goals.
• Support NPI, MOC, and procurement processes for the Quality function
• Responsible for creating, publishing and maintaining Test and Verification Methods
• Support to identify needs of new test equipment
• Responsible for ensuring Quality SAP Master data is entered properly
• Support for shelf-life extension process
• Support Customer Complaint, Product failure, and audit finding root cause investigations and corrective action implementations
• Support Supplier Quality activities including supplier corrective action requests, audits, and evaluations
• Drive effective RCCA process for the site
• Support customer specification reviews and ensuring the site meets the agreed to customer specifications.
• Support Internal Audit plan and perform Internal Audits as needed
• Analyze test data as needed
• Support completion of customer questionnaires
• Execute customer waiver requests as needed
• Responsible for restricting suspect material batches as needed
• Support customer quality agreement process
• Participate in external audits
• Interact with other plants to resolve interplant issues and drive global initiatives
• Assist in running JIS, ISO13485, ISO9001, IATF16949, EFfCI GMP, Halal and other quality management systems in the plant.

Qualifications:

- Auditor qualifications

- QMS-related experience

- Experience and knowledge of chemistry and equipment (preferrable)
