- Establish and maintain effectiveness of GVP processes in alignment with embecta’s post-market surveillance processes.
- Lead and execute GVP operations as Safety Controller (Anseki) to meet GVP requirements.
- Serve as embecta’s post-market surveillance SME for Japan and meet the internal process requirements.
- Work with Management team to support organizational change readiness to adopt process initiatives and reinforce the need for change so efforts are sustained long-term.
- Maintain an influential and effective network and communication with country leadership team members for identifying improvement opportunities to evaluate, propose and implement new processes and technologies to optimize efficiencies for GVP operations.
- Provide support for QMS operations, as needed.
