Job Description/ 職務内容
ミッドマーケット(年商30億円〜200億円)のSales Repの募集となります。NetSuiteは“land and expand”という戦略をもっています。Small Startで導入し、顧客の要望や成長に合わせて、クラウドERPの機能を拡張していく営業戦略をもっています。そのため、本ロールに対する期待値は、できるだけ広い面をカバーし自らの活動量とインサイドセールスとの連携で商談接点を多く持ち、迅速に初期導入いただける顧客を探し出す能力が求められます。そして、意思決定者及びステークホルダーとエンゲージし、自社のバリュープロポジションと顧客のビジネス課題を擦り合わせて、提案をクローズすることを期待します。
詳細は以下のようになります。
(1)テリトリープランとゲームプランを設計する。
(2)毎月、毎四半期の営業ターゲットを達成するため、逆算して必要な商談パイプラインを開発する。
(3)顧客のビジネス課題を仮説立案し、経営者を含む意思決定者に対し提案活動を行う。
(4)MEDDICを活用し販売機会を特定し、商談を成立させ、収益目標のTargetを達成する。

Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など
1.法人向けITソリューション営業経験５年程度以上
2.顧客の組織とビジネスを理解し、C-Levelとのビジネスコミュニケーションができること
3.営業活動のプロセスと結果に100％の情熱を注ぎ、Bias for Actionで活動できる方
4.営業のトップ集団の常連であり、それを裏付けるデータを持っている方
5.製品やテクノロジーについて学ぶことを楽しみ、それを顧客にとっての価値に変換できる方
Want/歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など
1.SaaS営業経験
2.製造／流通／小売／サービス等各業界に対するアカウント営業経験
3.ERPあるはCRMなどのビジネスアプリケーション営業経験
Language/語学力
最低限、英語に対するアレルギーなく、読み書きを求めます。英語力がある方は優遇します。顧客の海外部門との商談機会もあります。また、弊社グローバルのプロダクト、マーケティング、イネーブルメントのチームと連携を英語で行いビジネスをグロースすることができます。
Location/勤務地
東京(外苑前)
基本オフィス勤務。リモート勤務も週1回程度であれば可能。
