We are seeking Product Managers across various departments, including the FinTech System Development Department, Payment System Development Department, and Electronic Money System Department.
Rakuten Pay: Offering a diverse range of payment services, including app payments, in-store payments, and online payments.

Rakuten Points: Rakuten Group's common point service
These services play a vital role in supporting Rakuten Group's "Rakuten Ecosystem."
Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Product Strategy: Conceptualizing and planning products that contribute to users and the business, formulating service/system strategies.
Project Execution: Managing development projects from planning and requirements definition to design, development, testing, release, and operation.
Stakeholder Management: Negotiating and coordinating with business stakeholders, engineers, and internal/external partners.
Service Improvement: Planning and promoting service improvements, managing KPIs, and analyzing data.
Team Management: Forming project teams, managing tasks, and developing team members.
You will be responsible for a wide range of products, from consumer-facing to merchant-facing, including payment terminals, applications, API services, management systems, and backend systems.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in developing and operating web applications, or system development experience
Experience as a Product Manager, Producer, or Director
Project management experience
Strong communication skills with stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with engineers to promote system development
A challenging spirit and the ability to work proactively
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management experience in web application development
System development experience in payment and financial services
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Team leadership and team management experience
KPI management experience
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand existing processes and promote improvements
Language Skills:
English: Beginner to Advanced (depending on the position)
Japanese: Advanced to Fluent (depending on the position)
