In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
You are responsible for driving both commercial and technical reviews, maintaining strong application knowledge, pricing discussions, contract reviews, project strategy, customer presentations among other tasks as an Acount Manager. This is accomplished through strong engagement, communication, responsiveness, technical expertise, and price management.
• Provide application and technical work for our customers. (Valve sizing and selection, Field issue resolution, Product presentations)
• Visit customers to solve their problems and promote new technology, gain industry and application knowledge
• Review commercial terms and conditions for contracts and align on acceptable business risks – gain alignment from Manager
• Expedite and advance key customer complaints in focused industry segment and problems as is required to acquire satisfactory and timely resolution
• Understand the complete Fisher portfolio for solutions and technologies, including new products, critical service valves, and FIELDVUE instrumentation

For This Role, You Will Need:
• BS in Engineering, or qualified technical 4-year degree and combined experience
• Experience working on teams
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and entry intermediate level communication in English
• Business insight
• Open to travel
• Legal authorization to work in Japan - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
