As the Senior Account Executive for Japan, you play an important part of the front line of our business – managing the sales cycle from prospecting new clients to driving clients’ success.Your primary responsibility is to identify prospective mobile gaming clients, crafting proposals to meet their user acquisition goals, onboarding new clients and fostering long-term relationships to ensure our clients' success.
What you’ll do at MisplaySystematic outreach to prospecting for new mobile gaming clientsResearching relevant companies using available intelligence tools and other resourcesConduct sales calls and meetings to onboard new clientsAct as the main point of contact and manage relationships with clients in JapanDrive client retention and prevent churn by proactively addressing concernsIdentify opportunities and manage the pipeline of upsells, focusing on driving client lifetime valueStay current on industry trends and client-specific news, such as acquisitions and new game launches
What you’ll bring to Mistplay5+ years of experience in the advertising platform or marketing technology industry, in a business development or account executive roleProven track record meeting or exceeding sales, retention, and/or upsell quotasIn-depth knowledge of mobile advertising technologies, including attribution tools and platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies for user acquisition or monetizationOutgoing with strong relationship building skillsExperience in the mobile gaming or adtech market is a huge plusGaming company background is a huge plusNative level Japanese is required and business level English is preferredWhy Mistplay?We strive to make our work environment as inviting and fun as possible!
