The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Analyst/Analyst, FP&A and Strategic
Finance, to support our strategic and financial decision-making. Reporting to
the Manager/Senior Manager of FP&A, you will be a key member of the finance
team, helping to enhance financial performance and accountability. You will
play an essential role by providing analytical support for our forecasting &
planning, pricing, and performance tracking processes. This role is a fantastic
opportunity to partner with various business lines and team leads, delivering
the analysis and insights that guide our Card Issuing and Cross-border payment
flows in both fiat and crypto.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Forecasting & Planning: Support the periodic forecasting and businessplanning processes. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial models, gathering inputs from business partners, validating assumptions, and preparing variance analysis to explain performance against budget
- Pricing/Revenue Strategy:Assist the finance and business teams in evaluating new pricing structures and partnership agreements. You will build and maintain financial models to analyze the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, gross margin, and other key metrics
- KPIs & Benchmarking: Help track and report on a comprehensive set of financial and operational KPIs. You will prepare regular dashboards and management reports, and gather data to support the benchmarking of the company's performance against industry peers
- Capital/Resource Allocation: Provide analytical support for the evaluation ofstrategic initiatives and market expansion plans. You will assist in preparing financial analysis and help track resource allocation such as headcount and OPEX against the approved budget
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a highly analytical role. Experience within the fintech, payments, e-money, or banking sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a meticulous attention to detail; you must be comfortable interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills are essential. You should be able to build robust, scalable, and easy-to-understand models from scratch.
- A keen interest in or prior exposure to one of the following: card issuing, payment networks, cross-border payments, FX management, or crypto.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present analysis clearly and concisely.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., pursuing ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are a plus.
