Salesforce Developer Instructor（以下、インストラクター）は、パートナー、お客様、および社員が参加するトレーニングを実施します。また、インストラクター業務には、トレーニングセッションを管理・実施するだけでなく、トレーニング資料を作成、トレーニングセッションを実施する認定パートナーインストラクターをサポートする業務も含みます。
Salesforce 認定トレーニングを通じて、お客様およびパートナーの Salesforce 資格保有者の増大、Salesforce技術者の育成により、カスタマーサクセスを加速させ、Salesforceビジネスの拡大に貢献することを担う職務です。お客様、パートナー、その他の Salesforce メンバーを含むトレーニング参加者を鼓舞し、モチベーションを高めコース開始時よりもはるかに強力なスキルと能力を身につけてもらうことが求められます。
主な職務内容
Salesforce Platform、MuleSoft などのSalesforce Platformを使用したアプリケーション開発、インテグレーションに関するトレーニングコースを提供する
公開トレーニング、プライベートトレーニングを、効率的かつ効果的に提供する
顧客満足度の主な指標である参加者アンケートで、5点満点中4.5点以上の平均点を獲得する
コミュニティでの会話に参加し、トレーニング教材の最適化、インストラクターの技術的知識の向上、ディスカッションや解決のための問題提起を行う
パートナーであるインストラクターが提起/投稿した質問に回答し、必要なサポートを提供する
認定トレーニングの教材をローカライズし、日本の顧客向けに調整する
日本の顧客のニーズとビジネス要件を満たすために、インストラクターによる指導、オンライン、認定資格のトレーニング教材を設計・開発する
ラーニングパス、認定資格、追加トレーニングコースなど、トレーニング＆認定資格のカタログを、クラス内外で積極的に顧客に広める
チーム内のその他のメンバーと協力し、チームとしての成功に貢献する
求める経験
Salesforce 製品 (Sales, Service, Platform, Tableau, MuleSoft 等)の使用経験
インターネット、データベース、アプリケーション開発技術を活用した開発経験
HTML、XML、CSS、JavaScript、Webサービスを使用したWebアプリケーションの開発経験
オブジェクト指向プログラミングフレームワーク（Java、C++、C#など）を使用した開発経験
クラウド環境を活用した開発経験
求めるスキル
日本語での優れたプレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、講義スキル
