ニューロモデュレーション治療ビジネスにおいて、治療浸透率およびシェア拡大・売上目標を達成するために必要な臨床及び製品トレーニング活動に責任を持ち、マーケティング部門とインターナショナル部門のTraining & Educationとの連携をとり販売戦略に沿った顧客教育と、高い知識レベルの社員を育成ための有効な教育プログラムを作成し運営する｡　また実際の手技のサポートや学会、学術論文から最新の治療動向や情報の取得に努め、教育プログラムを更新する。

Main Responsibilities

“A Day in the Life”

1．Training & Education for Employees

・社員向け教育プログラムを実施し、ニーズに応じた新たな教育プログラムを策定・実施する

・新製品導入に際し、マーケティングおよび米国本社T&Eと連携し、トレーニングを策定・実施する

・（必要に応じて）現場からの製品、治療に関する問い合わせを対応する

２．Training & Education for Customers

・顧客向け製品研修・トレーニングプログラムを実施する

・ニーズに応じた新たな製品研修・トレーニングプログラムを策定・実施する

３．Academic Information

・国内外の学会発表や論文など学術情報を収集し、有用な情報を社内へ配信する

Must Haves (Minimum Requirements) 

Knowledge/Education：学士(4年生大学卒)以上

Job Experience：　医療機器（治療機器）ビジネス経験

Competencies/Language Skills：　対人コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーションスキル、論文読解力、ビジネス英語力

Computer Skills: PowerPoint/Word/Excel

Physical Requirements: 宿泊を伴う国内出張が可能なこと

Nice to Have

Background：医療機器のの営業経験者歓迎
Knowledge/Education：　パーキンソン病、ジストニア、慢性疼痛などの治療経験者
Computer Skills: トレーニング資材作成するための動画編集スキル

ニューロモデュレーションとは、微弱な電気や薬剤により神経の働きを調整することで、さまざまな症状を緩和する治療です。パーキンソン病や本態性振戦、ジストニアなどの不随意運動を軽減する脳深部刺激療法（DBS）、慢性的な痛みを緩和する脊髄刺激療法（SCS)、癌性疼痛及び慢性疼痛を対象としたモルヒネ髄注療法 (ITM)、そして過活動膀胱
