Talent Acquisition (TA) position at Yonezawa site(米沢工場における採用人事)
In this role you will:
1. Recruitment for Direct Labors (Production-Related Roles)
Responsible for hiring personnel such as operators who are directly involved in production activities.
Collaborate with production department managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment timelines.
2. Promotion of Employment for Persons with Disabilities
Develop and implement hiring plans to meet the legally mandated employment rate for persons with disabilities.
Establish necessary workplace accommodations and support systems.
3. New Graduate Recruitment (High School Students)
Conduct recruitment activities in collaboration with local high schools.
Organize and manage plant tours and internship programs.
4. Participation in Local Events
Attend local job fairs and recruitment-related events to promote the company’s appeal.
Foster relationships with the local community.
5. Onboarding of New Employees
Coordinate and implement orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
Support new employees in smoothly adapting to the workplace environment.
6. Other Recruitment Support Activities
Provide support for other recruitment activities related to the Yonezawa site.
Collaborate with the head office HR department and other relevant departments as needed.

生産に直接関わるチームのオペレーターなどの人材を採用。
生産部門のマネージャーと連携し、必要な人員や採用スケジュールを把握。
障がい者雇用の推進
法令で定められた障がい者雇用率を満たすための採用計画を立案・実行。
必要な職場環境の整備や支援体制の構築を行う。
新卒採用活動(高校生)
地元の高等学校と連携し、新卒採用活動を実施。
工場見学やインターンシップの受け入れを運営。
地域イベントへの参加
地元の就職フェアや採用関連イベントに参加し、企業の魅力を発信。
地域社会との関係構築を図る。
新入社員のオンボーディング
新入社員向けのオリエンテーションやオンボーディングプロセスを調整・実施。
新入社員がスムーズに職場に適応できるよう支援。
その他の採用支援業務
米沢事業所に関わるその他の採用活動をサポート。
必要に応じて本社人事部門や他部署と連携。
