現在、医療の変革期の中で、各医療機関においては地域医療構想、かかりつけ医制度、働き方改革等をはじめ、テクノロジーやサービスの提案だけに留まらず、経営効率向上をはじめとするソリューションサービスや、人材育成プログラム等、ニーズも多様化している。それらの顧客の事業課題や中長期な方向性を理解し、長期に渡るリレーションシップの構築から、ビジネスチャンスへと繋げていくことが求められる。本ポジションでは、主にアカデミックサイト、大規模基幹サイトを中心とした戦略的アカウントにおいて、各ステークホルダーと強固な関係を構築し、GE HealthCareの代表的な立ち位置を担うことが期待される。社内においては、関わる各ビジネスユニットのステークホルダーと協働し、当社の持つ全てのポートフォリオを対象とした１～３年間の短期だけでなく中長期を見据えた戦略立案と遂行が期待される。またプロダクト軸に留まらず、オンコロジー・循環器領域等を中心としたケアエリア軸や政府が主導する重点支援区域等を考慮した地域軸のような異なる視点からのセールスアプローチが期待される。

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- 対象アカウントにおける次世代のリーダーシップを含む各ステークホルダーのマッピングを掌握し、関係構築を築いていく。
- 対象アカウントに対して、短期だけでなく１～３年間の中期も視野に入れたアカウントセールスを実現し、SBU (Strategic Business Unit)と連動する販売目標を定め、その達成を図る。
- 戦略事業本部並びに戦略営業部のメンバーや関わるビジネスユニットのメンバーと協働し、お互いの成長を促進する。
- 広い地域で活動しつつ、社外3rd party・コンサルティング系の企業との協働などを推進すべく当社の本社系取りまとめ窓口として活動する
- 当社全体の重要イニシアティブにおいて中核プロジェクトリーダーとしての役割を果たす
- 才能を持つ人材を惹きつけ、維持し、多様な人材が成長しながら専門性を磨き、活き活きと活躍できる環境を構築する。
Qualifications/Requirements
- 10年以上の営業経験、および営業系のチームを率いた経験があること。
- 受注・売上に対して責任と年間目標を持ち、累計3ヵ年以上、達成した実績。
- 自部門だけでなく部門横断的な事業課題に関わるイニシアティブやプロジェクトをリードし、成果を出した実績。
- 医療業界に関する知見・人脈、および医療経営に関する一般以上の知識を有すること。
- マイクロソフト全般のスキル(パワーポイント、エクセル、ワード等)、戦略営業活動に関連する資料の取りまとめ及びプレゼンテーションスキル。
- 国内外へ出張を伴う移動ができること。
- 日常会話相当の英語力。
