Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in our organization's growth and success by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Experience in conducting and managing walk-in drives and campus initiatives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and virtually
- Should possess strong negotiation skills around salary discussions with candidates
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities
- Per Japanese law & regulations, manage the entire TA life cycle of sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, offering, onboarding, and TA documentation in line with local compliance requirements
- The role also includes additional responsibilities undertaken locally under P&C in Japan from time to time
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related qualification in the Talent Acquisition space (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with and familiarity with other HR areas
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with candidates and departmental hiring managers
- Strong strategic task-management, time-management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with in-house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems
- Good knowledge of Japan’s local employment laws and regulations around TA initiatives
- Working exposure on SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module will be preferred

主な職務:
- 各部門の採用マネージャーと協議し求められる要件や経験を把握し、その人材像に合った採用戦略を立案する。
- 求人サイト、ソーシャルメディア、ネットワーキングイベント、従業員紹介など、さまざまな最適なチャネルを通じて候補者を発掘する。
- 新卒採用におけるキャンパス説明会やインターンシップ等の実施・管理経験。
- 履歴書をスクリーニングし、必要に応じ候補者と適切なコミュニケーションをとり、候補者の資質と適性の見極めを行う。
- 対面もしくはオンラインで綿密な面接を実施する。
- 候補者との給与交渉に強い交渉力を有すること。
- 候補者の採用プロセスを適切に管理し、タイムリーなコミュニケーションとポジティブなプロセスを保証する。
- 社内の採用管理システム(ATS)を適切に更新・管理する。
- 日本の法令に則り、採用ライフサイクル(ソーシング・スクリーニング・面接・交渉・オファー・入社手続き・TA文書作成など)を適切に管理する。
- 日本のPnCの業務も含まれる。
応募資格:
- 人事、経営学、または人材獲得分野における関連資格の学士号取得者
- タレントアクイジションパートナーとして3年から5年の経験があり、他の人事領域にも精通していること。
- 採用手法や採用ツールに関する豊富な知識
- 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力、対人関係スキルに優れていること。
- 候補者や部門採用マネージャーとの良好な関係を築き、維持する能力。
- 高い戦略的なタスク管理能力、時間管理能力、人間関係構築能力。
- 社内の採用管理システム(ATS)と人事システムの使用経験。
- TA業務に関連する日本の法令知識。
尚可な要件:
- サービス業界での採用経験があれば尚可
- SAP SuccessFactorsのrecruitingモジュールの使用経験
- ビジネスのニーズに応じて柔軟に対応し、自ら積極的に行動して業務を遂行するだけの知的な能力と機敏さがある
- 人を中心に考え、社内外の関係者との関係を築く能力がある
