Responsibilities:
- Strategy|Full ownership of incubating hundreds of SMB sellers in the Japan market. This includes identifying high-potential sellers for the business, formulating and implementing their growth strategies.
- Seller Communication|Ownership for channel management and seller communication via calling, instant messaging, seller community and other approaches to conduct mass account management activities such as troubleshooting, escalation, and seller education to resolve seller issues.
- Mass Incubation|Collaborate with small and medium-sized sellers to optimize and improve their TikTok e-commerce performance, drive engagement of campaigns and other incubation activities. Identify programmatic and scalable methods to achieve this on a large scale. Identify opportunities to improve the business through scalable solutions and manage the rollout of these solutions.
- Product and process improvement|Analysis and Conduct deep dives to understand seller segments and the root causes of issues that affect their business performance to identify opportunities and inform inputs into product development and process improvement.
