Training and Credential Advisorは、トレイルヘッドアカデミーが提供する有償トレーニングとSalesforce認定資格の事業拡大を推進する重要な役割です。トレーニングおよび資格プログラムを通じて、Salesforceのお客様・パートナーの人材育成を推進し、サービスの活用度を高め、カスタマーサクセスを実現します。有償トレーニングの受講者数、認定資格の保有数を最大化するために、企画・開発、マーケティング・販売促進、顧客エンゲージメント強化などを担当します。また、社内の顧客に相対する社員がこのサービスを正しく効果的にお客様に紹介ができるよう、営業へのイネーブルメント活動、また実際にお客様への紹介も活動に含まれます。複数の部門と連携しながら事業目標の達成に貢献するプロフェッショナルを募集します。

主な職務内容

• 認知向上・販売促進活動

• 有償トレーニングと認定資格の認知拡大に向け、効果的にアプローチするための企画、戦略を立案をします

• イベント、セミナー、ウェビナー、イネーブルメントなどの企画・運営を通して、トレーニング・資格プログラムの認知度向上と需要喚起を図ります

• 販売推進に必要な、提案資料、社内ドキュメント、FAQ、またそれに準ずる室の高い提案資料を作成・推進します

• 部門を横断した企画・提案推進

• 関連部門（セールス、マーケティング、アライアンス、カスタマーサクセスなど）と連携し、有償トレーニングと認定資格の認知を上げ、提案活動を促進するための協働体制を構築します

• 特定の企画において、複数の部門を巻き込んだタスクフォースを自ら発起し、プロジェクトをリードまたはサポートし、円滑な推進に貢献します

• 営業部門やアライアンス部門と連携し、資格取得促進に向けた施策や企画を積極的に推進します

• 顧客エンゲージメントの強化:

• トレーニング・資格プログラムに関する問い合わせを受けた営業また関連部門に対して、適切かつ質の高い効果的な回答、ガイド、サポートを提供します

• 顧客満足度向上のための施策を企画・実行します。

• 顧客また社内からのフィードバックを収集・分析し、プログラムの改善に活かします

求める経験

• IT業界、SaaS業界、またはITベンダートレーニング業界での5年以上の営業、マーケティング、またはストラテジー関連職種のご経験

• 規模に関わらず、イベント、セミナー、ウェビナーなどの企画、コンテンツ作成、登壇のご経験

• 複数部門を横断したタスクフォースやプロジェクトへの参画経験

• 特定のプロダクトやサービスの、社内でのイネーブルメント経験

• ベンダーの認定資格や有償トレーニングの企画、営業に携わった経験
