- 営業サポート業務を通してメドトロニック全体のビジネスへ貢献する
- 顧客視点で業務をとらえサービスレベルの向上と効率化を目指す
- 常に現状を疑い、より良いプロセス品質と更なるコスト削減を目指す
Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”
- 営業サポート業務全般
- 売上/在庫関連の問合せ対応
- 見積/各種証明書、契約書類の作成、発送業務
- 製品在庫/デモ品等の梱包、発送業務
- Salesからの電話問合せ対応
- 業務改善による品質向上とプロセス効率化
- 顧客満足のための業務改善立案、プロジェクトマネジメント
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
MUST Haves
Job Experience
- 営業もしくは営業事務経験
Skills/Knowledge
- 高い対人能力・コミュニケーション能力（社内関連部署や代理店と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとる）
- PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint）
- ご自身発案での改善活動経験（他部署を巻き込んでの改善活動があれば尚可）
Education
- 学士（４年制大学卒）以上又はそれに相当する学位、資格保持者
Nice to have :
- 英語力：海外とのメールのやり取りやWeb会議でのコミュニケーションがスムーズに行えるレベル（TOEIC 600点程度）
- 顧客志向であり、チームプレイヤーであること
- 強い問題意識と分析能力
- SAP/SFDCの使用経験
- 医療業界での知識、経験があれば尚可
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可
