Your Role: Brand Manager for Farm Animal Marketing
畜産環境衛生製品（殺虫剤、消毒剤、殺鼠剤等）のマーケティング戦略の立案・実行、販売実績の管理と分析、将来の新製品候補の提案、関係各所との密な連携/協働、等により販売予算の達成に貢献
Your Responsibilities:
- ブランドマーケティング戦略の立案と実行：営業との同行による顧客訪問、学会/研究会参加等を通じて市場把握と分析に努め、担当する製品のマーケティング戦略を立案・実行する。
- 担当製品の販売予算・実績の管理（Net Sales, 利益等）、販売フォーキャスト立案、プロモーション予算の管理：担当製品の各種数字の管理を通して効率的かつ効果的なマーケティング戦略を立案・実行する。
- 新製品候補の提案：開発薬事チーム等と協働し、市場分析から得られた情報と社内/社外の製品候補から将来の新製品を提案し、中長期的な成長に貢献する。
- 社外パートナー(社外導入品)とのビジネス：パートナー企業との関係を強化しビジネスを円滑に進める。該当製品の販売戦略を立案、予算の達成と利益の最大化に貢献する。
- ブランド関連情報の収集と共有：グローバルマーケティング部や学術チーム、またビジネスパートナーとのコミュニケーションを通じ、マーケティング戦略の立案・実行において有用な情報の収集と共有に努める。
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- アニマルヘルス業界や農薬業界でのマーケティングもしくは営業経験（3年以上）

- 外部志向・顧客志向
- 創造的で画期的な考え方や行動

- 目標を達成する強い意欲

- 英語能力（TOEIC 700以上）
