Job Description :
■ Formulate and support the execution of group-wide management strategies and mid-term management plans - Plan and promote growth strategies based on market and competitive analysis
■ Budget formulation, performance management, KPI monitoring - Manage company-wide budgets and actual results, visualize management figures, and propose improvements
■ Plan and execute capital policies, IPO preparation, and M&A - Evaluate investment projects, due diligence, and support integration
■ Manage important meetings such as shareholders' meetings and board of directors meetings - Prepare meeting materials and support management decision-making
■ Plan and execute other important projects directly under the management teamScope of changes: Transfer to all operations

Experience in corporate planning at a business company or financial institution (5 years or more), experience at a strategy consulting firm or investment bank (5 years or more), experience in developing and implementing business strategies and mid-term business plans, knowledge and practical experience in financial analysis, budget management, and KPI design
Japanese level- Native (N1)
English level- Non
