About the Opportunity
The role of the Product & Contracting Coordinator is to support the Contracting Leader (and Contracting Manager/Executive where applicable) with administrative work on supplier management to ensure supplier information is up to date, accurate & adhering to business standards. You will work closely with internal teams to support contract management, product sourcing, supplier relationships & cost savings.
About you
The Essentials:
- A bachelor's degree or 1+ years' experience in travel or contracting.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implement change when needed.
- High attention to details.
- Able to work under pressure and multitask, ability to work outside office hours when required.
