In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Leading sales team to focus on job site & end customer visits and dealer supports to promote RIDGID, Klauke and Greenlee products, including product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows
- Benchmark best practice, collaborates with distributors to plan and implement Digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with distributors and regularly visits to key dealers
- Review and update Pro Action program annually
- Identify and develop potential new dealer and/or distributor to improve the penetration to focused end customer segments
- Keep abreast of market trends in focused end customer segments, identify and execute growth opportunities
- Mentor and develop Japan team

For this Role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent
- Proficient English, both writing and oral
- Minimum 8 years of industrial sales experience with proven record
- Passionate and result orientation, strong at communications and empathy
- Gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
