Role Overview
A Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing marketing processes, and data to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The operations specialist ensures marketing campaigns run smoothly by overseeing marketing operation tools, analytics, lead management, and overall marketing workflow.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize in-house marketing platforms.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and creatives with QA process
• Develop and maintain marketing workflows, ensuring efficient lead nurturing and pipeline
management.
• Collaborate with marketers to align operations setting.
• Support the implementation and management of online marketing tools (email, app push, text
message)
• Create reports and dashboards to provide the marketing team with the results.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in IT platforms, e-commerce, Online service or a similar one
• Experience with marketing and operations tools.
• Knowledge of online marketing (CRM, Performance Marketing, Partnership)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and process optimization skills.
