The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

Responsibilities
The CSM will play a key role in driving our clients' incremental growth by supporting product solution, vertical solution, and client relationship, together with sales team, agency team and other xfn teams;
- Promote sales through solution proposals that lead to the success of clients' marketing challenges and promotions.
- Familiarize clients with the functionality and delivery logic of advertising products, and advocate for their optimal utilization to maximize advertising performance.
- Engage in activities such as regular meetings and workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of the product.
- Accumulate and disseminate best practices for operational methods to improve the adoption rate of important features.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elevate the account management level and increase sales.
- Provide constructive feedback to the product team regarding raw feedback on the functionality and logic of advertising products, to strengthen the product.
- Understand long-term business objectives/KPIs to align TikTok strategy and negotiate complex business opportunities.
- Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas to help clients measure the impact of marketing and adopt measurement solutions.
