The Head of Musketeers has the overall responsibility for the implementation of the national On Premise strategy and the design of the regional strategy in the core universe of the On Premise. As the face of the brand and together with the team, you'll optimises sales, brand presence and awareness throughout the On Premise environment. The Head of Musketeers is the leader of the Regional On Premise Managers and their Musketeers & Musketeers Scout.
Job Description
Role model
Be the credible voice of On Premise for Red Bull. Ensure appropriate communication flow and knowledge transfer within the national management team. Secure and optimise the teamwork with all national business units.
Bring the brand premium values of Red Bull to life as a role model for the entire team and the On Premise network.
Use your unique personality to showcase this premium brand and to build effective relationships with strategically important customers and industry contacts.
Team leader
Build and lead a strong, motivated team to boost productivity and engagement.
Own the national training plan and provide top-level coaching to ensure the team's continuous development and cutting-edge performance.
Continuously assess the On Premise team's skills, adjust plans to meet targets, and ensure growth through effective succession planning.
Business manager
Plan and continuously develop the geographical area and team structure including human resource evaluation and allocation.
Manage team resources such as budget and POS material effectively.
Carry out ongoing analysis of market research, KPI's and reporting tool database with an insight into action mentality.
Senior Executive
As a member of the On Premise Leadership team, contribute to the business and organization strategy.
As a member of the Leadership team, represent On Premise department internally and externally, and engage national and international stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years of On Premise Sales experience to satisfy the essential requirements of this job.
Minimum of 4 years management experience with a proven track record of achieving success due to your strong leadership.
You possess strong On Premise industry knowledge and already have established contacts in the night scene or gastronomy, and/or you are able to make them quickly and smoothly.
You possess strong analytical skills, capable of transforming market research, sales data, and forecasts into effective sales strategies and impactful brand-marketing activities tailored to changes in the On Premise environment.
You are a social chameleon, understanding diverse groups and their daily challenges, with the self-awareness to adapt your communication, presentation, and professional appearance to suit any audience or situation.
