Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- SO/PO creation
- Delivery management
- Data entry to ERP
- Issue reports
- Inventory management
- Import/Export documents creation
- Support custom clearance
- Management of warehouse for receiving/shipping, management of documentation,
- Training team staff
- Any other tasks related to OA team.
Education & Experience:
- Junior college graduate or equivalent
- Work experience in sales administration
- Work experience with ordering and receiving from manufacturers
- Work Experience with Oracle,
Skills:
- English proficiency in reading, and writing
- Work accurately, quickly, and independently and efficiently
- Able to collaborate with team members
- Basic knowledge in Excel/Word and ability to learn ERP
