Job Summary:
Red Hat Global Partner Engagement (GPE) チームでは、日本のパートナー様向けの Technical Account Manager (TAM) のポジションを募集しています。
Technical Account Manager（TAM）は、パートナー様が Red Hat 製品を使った技術的なソリューションを提供、またそれを構築・運用する中でパートナー様が直面する様々な課題を解決するための支援を行います。なお、今回募集している本ポジションの TAMは、当社製品の一つである Red Hat Platforms (主に Red Hat Enterprise Linux) をご担当いただきます。
TAM は、パートナー様が抱える様々な技術的な課題の解決を支援し、必要に応じてパートナー様にプロアクティブに製品の技術またはライフサイクルなどの情報発信を行います。それに加えて、TAM はパートナー様の代弁者として行動し、パートナー様の要望を適切に Red Hat の開発部門、プロダクトマネージメント、サポートといった内部チームと連携することも期待されます。
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- 当社製品のパートナー様からのお問い合わせに対して、レッドハットの窓口となって対応します。
当社製品に関する技術的な支援を、必要に応じて当社の製品サポートチーム、開発チームの支援を得ながら行います。
当社製品に関するバグや機能改善要望を製品開発チーム、オープンソースコミュニティにフィードバックし、修正提供の推進や改善要望の実現を支援します。
当社製品を利用する上で重要なバグの情報やその回避策を提供し、問題の予防を推進します。
定期的にミーティングを実施し、サポートケースなどを通じた技術的なディスカッションやビジネスの状況の共有などを行います。
サービスレビューを定期的に実施し(四半期に一度程度の頻度)、期待されている支援ができているのかを双方で評価します(パートナー様の要望に応じて対面で実施する場合もあります)。
当社製品を利用する上での設計や技術的な教育課題を解決するために、当社の各部門と協調して解決を推進します。
Required Skills:
3年程度の Linux に関する サポート エンジニア、システム エンジニア、ソリューション アーキテクト、コンサルタント等の技術担当としての顧客対応業務経験。
ネイティブレベルの日本語能力(パートナー及び社内の同じポジションの同僚やサポートチームといった関係者とディスカッションや折衝ができるレベル)。
ビジネスレベルの読み書きができる英語能力(メールやチャットを使ったコミュニケーションができるレベル)。
The following are considered a plus:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)、Red Hat Satellite、Red Hat Update Infrastructure (RHUI), Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform といった当社製品に関する知識や、それらの開発、運用/維持保守の経験。
エンタープライズ向け製品を使ったシステム(物理環境、クラウド環境、またはコンテナ環境)の実務経験。
コンピュータサイエンスまたはエンジニアリングの分野で学士号。
トレーニングおよびプレゼンテーションを提供した経験。
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)資格
海外の組織との協業経験
