You will be responsible for developing and implement the digital strategy across all platforms, guiding the team in planning, development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at enhancing visibility, brand awareness and bringing the digital roadmap to life. You love building brands and marketing strategies and have a proven track record of managing (digital) marketing campaigns end to end.
Responsibilities:
Manage and implement digital strategies that align to YETI’s business objectives and maximize online sales and brand visibility
Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media and online campaigns
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns; including social media, email marketing and paid advertising to drive traffic and conversion
Responsible for all legal aspects of the website including cookie classification and tracking, T&Cs etc.
Collaborate with Marketing and contribute to a fully integrated digital marketing strategy including EDMs, Social, Paid Search, SEO and Content
Brief and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital graphic assets required for the websites and digital marketing campaigns.
Brief the digital agency on Paid Search and social marketing campaigns in line with promotional calendar, and work with our digital partners in the optimization of campaigns
Utilise web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on YETI’s digital platforms to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure content, copywriting and visuals are impactful
Regular reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website performance
Providing insights to the business based on digital marketing and data-driven sources (e.g., Google trends, Meta reports, competitor research, etc.)
Develop and implement the digital strategy aligned with the organizational goals and objectives, in conjunction with overall customer experience strategy
Act as the digital SME for the business, providing strategic direction, concept development and design rollout of digital projects from inception to implementation, as well as identifying opportunities for digital support and growth
Identify target audiences, develop acquisition plans and establish positioning strategies across diverse channels and segments to maximize customer reach
Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital operations
Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience in an eCommerce role within the retail industry or at an agency
Sound experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar
Strong understanding of Google Analytics
Experience using Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Braze, Emarsys or similar
Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, Paid Search, Social and Affiliate marketing
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications
Experience in implementing and optimising ecommerce processes, workflows, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and drive process improvements
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality assurance
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ecommerce, operations, and technology
