Job Purpose:
This job exists to support and expand the aftermarket and service business of Industrial Air Filtration (IAF) products and systems primarily in Japan, but always in the scope of APAC/Global. It starts with the recognition of sales targets and continues with internalizing them to output in the form of various sales activities such as but not limited to taking care of customers’ inbound calls, making quotations, and supporting the team in various clerical tasks.
This job represents IAF Aftermarket sales internally; thus, building and maintaining a good relationship within the organization is essential. The immediate environment is within IAF, including the equipment sales, engineering, and business support teams. The wider organization includes different departments within Nippon Donaldson (supply chain management teams, strategic procurement team, quality assurance team, finance, etc.) and APAC/Global Donaldson teams.
Key Accountabilities:
1. New lead generation and nurturing -to be measured in CRM recordings

2. Maintaining good relationship with customers – to be measured as # of inbound calls
お客様との関係維持・構築(電話応対件数にて計測)―電話での問い合わせ対応
3. Providing an output to customers in the form of quotation – to be measured as # of quotations made
4. お客様へ見積の作成と提出(見積作成件数にて計測)
Coordination among customer, supplier, and internal organization
5. 海外含む社内、協力会社、お客様との各種調整
Supporting the aftermarket and service team in various clerical tasks
6. 事務作業面でのアフターマーケット&サービス部への全般的な支援。業務状況によりお客様、協力会社等の訪問あり。
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
• High School or Junior College or higher
Technical Competence & Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of working experience (field not specified) 社会人経験3年以上(専門は問わない)
• PC & Software Use, Documentation, Telephone and Message handling, Record keeping
PC、ソフトウェアの利用―一般レベル、書類作成、電話&伝言対応、記録作成
• Microsoft Excel mid-level up エクセル中級以上
